AR88 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

1. Introduction & Member Eligibility

Welcome to the AR88 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, games, and features provided by AR88 through the website ar88.live and our official mobile app. Please read this document carefully.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the AR88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the AR88 platform immediately.

1.2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the ar88 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits the use of AR88's services.

2. Registration & Account Management

2.1 Registration Process

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual may only hold one (1) ar88 account. This includes using the same name, address, phone number, IP address, or payment method to register more than one account. Violations of this rule may result in:

• Suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
• Cancellation of all bonuses and wins obtained through the account in question.
• Forfeiture of any remaining balance in accounts found to be in violation of the rules.

2.3 Account Security

3. Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

AR88 accepts a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. AR88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large withdrawals. All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

• Accounts must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that condition is fulfilled.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• A member may only claim a new registration offer once.

AR88 reserves the right to take action against any member who violates these conduct guidelines, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

7.1 Account Closure by Member

You may close your AR88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all active wagers have been settled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn in accordance with standard procedures.

7.2 Suspension by AR88

AR88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• The member has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be inaccurate or false.
• There is a court order or legal requirement mandating such action.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Program

9. Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications at least 7 days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

9.2 Acceptance of Amendments

Continued use of the AR88 platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes full acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

9.3 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the AR88 platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the channels designated by AR88 management.
